City of San Leandro <br />Civic Center, 835 E. 14th Street <br />San Leandro, California 94577 <br />August 7, 2000 <br />The Honorable Board of Supervisors <br />County of Alameda <br />1221 Oak Street <br />Oakland, California 94612 <br />Gentlemen: <br />(1-3 34) <br />Subject: Cancellation of Taxes <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has acquired fee title to the real property described <br />in the attached legal description and all improvements thereon. <br />Title was taken by deed from Delta Properties, a California General Partnership (Jon O. Reynolds. <br />Trustee of the Jon Q. Reynolds and Ann S. Reynolds Family Trust, dated December 23, 1991 <br />General Partner) for a portion of APN 80G-933-16 at 14903 Catalina Street, San Leandro, Calif. <br />and recorded in the Official Records of the County of Alameda under the County Recorder's <br />Serial No. 2000-147998 on May 18 , 20 00 <br />It is requested that your Honorable Board will: <br />1. (X ) Cancel taxes on the above property. <br />2.
