(Ord. 93-012 § 407, 1993) <br />2.08.030 Certificate of conformance. <br />So as not to require a participation <br />agreement for each property not to be <br />purchased, the agency is authorized to make <br />determinations of these properties which <br />conform to this plan. If such determination is <br />made by the agency, the agency may issue a <br />certificate of conformance to qualifying <br />properties and such property will not be <br />subject to acquisition by eminent domain <br />under this plan so long as the property <br />continues to conform to this plan and to such <br />further terms and conditions as the agency <br />may require as necessary or appropriate to <br />carry, out this plan.
