Epstein and Gillian Epsteir�N real property commonly known as 1598 <br />Washington Avenue, City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, <br />hereinafter referred to as the "Property", described in the document attached hereto, <br />labeled Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />1. Both Gordon L. Epstein and Gillian Epstein (hereinafter collectively called <br />"Grantee") hereby acknowledge that the Property is conveyed subject to the <br />Redevelopment Plan and pursuant to a certain Disposition and Development <br />Agreement entered into by and between Grantor and Grantee as of August 3, 1999. <br />The Disposition and Development Agreement is hereafter referred to as the "DDA," a <br />copy of which is available in the City Clerk's office of the City of San Leandro. <br />2.
