93 070979 1 deposited the sum of CNE IiUNDRED TWELVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED 2 DOLLARS ($112,400.00) into the State Treasury Condemnation Fund, 3 said sum representing the agreed -upon just compensation. 4 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED 5 that Defendants LUCKY STORES, INC., a Delaware corporation, 6 successor by merger to Lucky Stores, Inc., a California 7 corporation, and doing business as Delaware Lucky Stores, Inc. 8 and WALNUT CREEK CANNING CO.
