County of Alameda, State of <br />California, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of the lands of Walnut Creek Canning Company <br />as recorded in the records of Alameda County at Series No. BIA-008575, said <br />point being on the northern line of Fairway Drive, said northern line of <br />Fairway Drive being taken as bearing N 62. 30' E for purposes of this <br />description; thence N 27. 30' W, 4.16 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve, <br />concave to the northwest, having a radius of 1733.00 feet, a radial line of <br />said curve to said point bears S 31. 28' 11" E; thence along said curve, <br />northeasterly, through a central angle of 3. 37' 39", a distance of 109.71 <br />feet to a tangent line; thence along said tangent line N 54* 54' 10" E, 58.94 <br />feet; thence N 65' 13' 31" E, 152.18 feet; thence N 62. 29' 37" E, 380.55 feet <br />to a tangent curve, concave to the northwest, having a radius of 70.00 feet; <br />thence along said curve, northeasterly, through a central angle of 31. 21' <br />59", a distance of 38.32 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the southeast, <br />having a radius of 68.50 feet, a radial line of last said curve to last said <br />point bears N 62. 36' 04" W, last said curve being a portion of the northern <br />line of Fairway Drive as said drive was deeded to the City of San Leandro by <br />deed filed February 20, 1967, at reel 1919, image 102, Alameda County Records; <br />thence along last said curve southwesterly, through a central angle of 8° 40' <br />a distance of 10.38 feet to a point of reverse curvature with a curve <br />concave to the northwest, having a radius of 70 feet, last said curve being <br />also on the northern line of Fairway Drive; thence along last said curve <br />southwesterly, through a central angle of 43. 46' 55", a distance. of 53.49 <br />feet to a tangent line, last said tangent line being also the northern line of <br />Fairway Drive; thence along last said line S 62. 30' W, 680.11 feet to the <br />Beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains an area of 11,285 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />LD 92-6 <br />Dwg 1233 Case 1602 <br />Fairway Drive R/W Acquisition <br />Walnut Creek Canning <br />77A-647-9-21 <br />Revised 9/30/92 EXHIBIT R —1 <br />02 : \ENGR\NELSON\wc,,M:i ING.OES <br />
