Order No.: SL-304896 <br />Policy No..-.IJP-1597-280072 <br />EXHIBIT A <br />The land referred to in this report is situated in the State of <br />California, County of Alameda and is described as follows: <br />That parcel of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State <br />of California, described as follows: <br />Commencing on the northerly line of the County Road leading from San <br />Leandro to Andrews Landing at a post on the southeasterly corner of a <br />tract of land containing 15 acres heretofore conveyed by Dennis Sullivan <br />to E.Hustadt, from which the southwesterly corner of a tract of land <br />owned by M. Donovan bears north 69-3/40 east 15.07 chains distant; <br />thence along the northwesterly line of said road north 69-3/40 east 3.14 <br />chains; thence north 120 20' west 18.91 chains to the southeasterly line <br />of what is known as the "Davis Ranch"; thence south 78-1/40 west along <br />said ranch 3.14 chains to the northeasterly corner of said 15-acre <br />tract; thence along the same south 120 25' east 19.46 chains to the <br />place of beginning. <br />Being the same land conveyed by Denis Sullivan and wife to R.
