NOHR and THERESE LEE NOHR, husband and wife, the <br />undersigned, being the present title owners of record of the herein described parcels of land, <br />do hereby make irrevocable dedication to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO and its successor or <br />assign the real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, described as follows: <br />A strip of land, six feet (69 in width, along the entire western line of Parcels 1, 2 <br />and 3 described as follows: <br />PARCEL ONE: A portion of Block 6, Harlan's Addition to the Town of San <br />Leandro, filed May 28, 1866, Map Book 2, Page 42, Alameda County Records, <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the eastern line of Washington Avenue, formerly <br />known as San Lorenzo Avenue, and as Watkins Street, distant thereon 100 feet <br />northerly from the intersecton thereof with the northerly line of Harlan Street, <br />as said Streets are shown on the Map of Harlan's Addition to the Town of San <br />Leandro, filed May 28, 1866, Map Book 2, Page 42, Alameda County Records; <br />running thence northerly along said easterly line of Washington Avenue 50 feet; <br />thence easterly parallel with the southern line of Castro Street as shown on said <br />Map, 150.41 feet, more or less, to the northwesterly corner of the land conveyed <br />to Jorgen E. Sandro, by Deed dated February 14, 1912, and recorded in Book 2186 <br />of Deeds, Page 50; thence southerly along the westerly line of said Sandro Land <br />50 feet, more or less, to the northeastern corner of the land conveyed to Jorgen <br />Sandro, by Deed dated December 15, 1913, and recorded in Book 2227 of Deeds, <br />Page 187; thence westerly along the northern line of said Sandro Land 150.35 <br />feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. <br />PARCEL TWO: Portion of Block 6, Harlan's Addition to the Town of San <br />Leandro, filed May 28, 1866, Book 2 of Maps, Page 42, Alameda County Records, <br />bounded as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the northeastern line of Washington Street, <br />formerly Watkins Street, distant thereon southeasterly 100 feet, from the point <br />of intersection thereof with the southeastern line of Castro Street, as said <br />streets are shown on the map herein referred to; and running thence south- <br />easterly along said line of Washington Street, 50 feet; thence at right angles <br />northeasterl 110 feet• thence at right angles northwesterly 50 feet; thence at <br />y, 7 <br />right angles southwesterly 110 feet to the beginning. <br />
