Transfer Tax $123.20 <br />City Transfer Tax $672.00 <br />GRANT DEED <br />For valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />THE REDEv`ELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a public body, corporate <br />and politic, of the State of California. herein called "Grantor", acting to carry out the Joint County of <br />Alameda/City of San Leandro Redevelopment Plan, herein called "Redevelopment Plan", under the <br />Community Redevelopment Law of California, hereby grants to John Thomas Pereira and Sebastiana <br />Pereira, Trustees ** . herein called "Grantee", the real property commonly known as 1948 Davis <br />Street, City of San Leandro, State of California, hereinafter referred to as the "Property", described in the <br />document attached hereto, labeled Exhibit 1 and incorporated herein by this reference. <br />1. The Property is conveyed subject to the Redevelopment Plan and pursuant to a cerain <br />Disposition and Development Agreement entered into by and between Grantor and Grantee as of <br />March 20 , 2000. The Disposition and Development Agreement is hereafter referred to.as the <br />"DDA," a copy of which is available in the City Clerk's office of the City of San Leandro. <br />2. Grantee covenants and agrees for itself, its successors, its assigns and every successor in <br />interest that during construction and thereafter, Grantee, its successors and assigns shall devote the <br />Property to the uses specified in the Redevelopment Plan for the remainder of its term, for the periods of <br />time specified therein, and the DDA for the periods of time specified therein.
