Hilf and leased to the U.S. Postal <br />Service. The easement was purchased to construct a public storm water drainage pipe on a 10 ft <br />wide strip of land in the rear portion of Mr. Hilf's property. <br />You do not need to cancel taxes or send the document to the County Recorder. <br />Call me at ext. 3432 if you have any questions. <br />RFC 7/31 /97 <br />
