Civic Center, 14th Street <br />San L—J�eandro, rnia' 94577 <br />October 25, 2001 <br />Exhibit A <br />k <br />Mr. Ed Ritelli, Jr. <br />s General Foundry <br />459 Hester St. <br />San Leandro; CA 94577 <br />Subject: Site Plan Review PLN2001-00069 <br />Proposed Tenant Improvement at General Foundry, 2424 Merced St., San Leandro <br />(APN77A-6471-36=38) <br />Dear Mr Ritelh: <br />This is to confirm. that the proposed tenant improvement at 2424 Merced, St., San Leandro has <br />been approved administratively by the Community Development Department, per your submittal <br />dated October 15, 2001. The following conditions of approval shall apply to this project: <br />The project shall comply with the plans submitted for review, dated 9/28/01, sheets A-1, A-2, <br />and A-3 drawn by Marek Stoklosa (Architect) <br />1. Provide an unobstructed fire department access road — loading spaces are not approved as <br />they would obstruct fire department vehicle access. <br />2.' A permit is required for building B partial demo. Fire sprinklers shall remain operational <br />during construction, including demolition phase. <br />3. Please clarify the. extent -of the ground cover. It should extend throughout the front yard <br />setback. <br />4. Provide perforated aluminum canopies (similar to building B) at loading dock doors. <br />5. Revise the cyclone fence 'and gate material to a flat or shaped metal fencing. <br />6.
