<br />An easement for railroad clearance purposes for the existing spur track,
<br />appurtenant to Parcel 1, hereinabove described, over the following described

<br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the southeastern line of Marina Boulevard, 104

<br />northern extremity of the curve with a 44 foot radius connecting said line wit the
<br />northeastern line of Merced Street, as described in the deed to the City of San
<br />Leandro, dated January 10, 1962, recorded March 19, 1962, Reel 539, Image
<br />139, Official Records, Instrument No. AT/35728, Alameda County;
<br />THENCE run on the last named line as follows: on said curve to the left and
<br />through a 42' 59' 09" angle, southerly 33.01 feet; south 28' 00' 00" east, 169.78
<br />feet on a tangent curve to the right with a 420 foot radius, through a 6° 51' 08"
<br />angle, southerly 50.23 feet, and on a reverse curve to the left with a 420 foot
<br />radius, through a 6° 51' 08" angle, southerly 50.23 feet to the northeastern line of
<br />Merced Street, 60 feet wide;
<br />THENCE on the last named line, south 28' 00' 00" east, 419.68 feet;

<br />THENCE from a tangent bearing south 22' 35' 59" east, on a curve to the right
