Bartlett, an unmarried man, the real property commonly <br />known as: <br />2512 Davis Street, San Leandro, California, APN 077A-0649-008-25 <br />and recorded in the Official Records of the County of Alameda under the County Recorder's Instrument <br />No. 2009171460 on June 1, 2009, two (2) copies of which are enclosed. <br />It is requested that your Honorable Board will cancel taxes on the above property.
