<br />MERCED ASSOCIATES, a Maryland general partnership
<br />hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal
<br />corporation, all that land situated in the City of San
<br />Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described
<br />as follows:
<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State
<br />of California, being a portion of Parcel 1 described in the deed
<br />from Prospect Properties, Inc., to D. Hebdon Porteus, et. al., as
<br />Trustees of the Estate of Samuel Mills Damon, recorded March 23,
<br />1967, on Reel 1935, at Image 160, Alameda County Records, and being
<br />further described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the intersection of the northeast line of Merced
<br />Street (60 feet vide), with the southeast line of Fairway Drive
<br />(60 feet wide), as said lines are described in the Quitclaim Deed
<br />from Poultry Producers of Central California, a California Corpor-
<br />ation, to the City of San Leandro, recorded October 10, 1957, in
<br />Book 8490, at page 596, Alameda County Records; thence along last
<br />said line north 620 30' east 20.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGIN-
<br />NING; thence along said southeast line north 620 30' east 30.00
<br />feet to a point of cusp of a tangent curve concave to the east,
<br />having a radius of 40.00 feet; thence southwesterly, southerl; and
<br />southeasterly along said curve, through a central angle of 90 001,
<br />a distance of 62.83 Teet to a tangent line drawn parallel with and
<br />10.00 feet northeasterly, measured at right angles, from the said
<br />northeast line of Merced Street; thence along said parallel line
<br />south 270 30' east 650.00 feet to the southeast line of the said
<br />parcel from Prospect Properties, Inc., to Porteus; thence along
<br />last said line south 620 30' vest 10.00 feet to the said northeast
<br />line of Merced Street; thence along last said line north 270 30'
<br />vest 670.00 feet to a tangent curve concave to the east, having a
<br />radius of 20.00 feet as described in the said quitclaim deed from
<br />Poultry Producers of Central California to the City of San Leandro;
<br />thence northwesterly, northerly and $ortheasterly along last said
<br />curve, through a central angle of 90 001, a distance of 31.42 feet
<br />to the TRUE POINT OF BEGIKKING.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 7,158 square feet, more
<br />or less.
