<br />Beginning at a point on the northeastern line of the Nimitz Freeway,
<br />known as Road IV-ALA-69-C, distant thereon north 480 56' 45" west
<br />1550.074 feet from the intersection thereof with the northwestern line
<br />of the tract of land conveyed to Kayness, Inc., a California
<br />corporation, recorded November 1, 1966, Series No. AY/124983, Reel 1866
<br />OR, Image 683, Alameda County Records, the bearing of the northeastern
<br />line of the Nimitz Freeway being taken north 480 56' 45" west for the
<br />purpose of making this description; thence continuing along said
