'r <br />IN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO.2004-004 RDA (1485/2937/D1367) <br />RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AUTHORIZING ACQUISITION OF <br />290 DAVIS STREET (APN: 075-0001-010-02) <br />WHEREAS the Executive Director has negotiated the price of $500,000 for the acquisition <br />of the property, building, and business at 290 Davis Street within the Plaza Project Area; and <br />WHEREAS the acquisition of property is an authorized activity of the Redevelopment <br />Agency in the Plaza Redevelopment Plan, and payment of acquisition costs and associated fees is <br />an authorized use of the 2002 Plaza Project Area Tax Allocation Bonds; and <br />WHEREAS the Agency Board is familiar with the proposal and the property and the <br />Executive Director has recommended approval of said proposal for acquisition. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follows: <br />That said acquisition of 290 Davis Street is hereby approved, and the Executive Director is <br />authorized to execute all necessary documents to complete the purchase of this property, and <br />
