Estudillo (APN 075- <br />0016-014-00). Unfortunately, the original grant deed seems to have been lost. In addition, the deed <br />was recorded without a Certificate of Acceptance. Liane has been working with the County <br />Recorder to see if we can re-record a copy of the grant deed along with the Certificate of <br />Acceptance. In the meantime, she felt that we should have the taxes cancelled. <br />I do not know the status of the taxes at this time. <br />
