2. The parcels to be acquired are described in <br />1 <br />Exhibit A to Plaintiff's Complaint on file herein. Plaintiff <br />2 <br />is entitled to possession of said parcels as hereinafter set <br />3 <br />forth. <br />4 <br />3. The time for service of this Order may be not <br />5 <br />less than ninety (90) days prior to the time Plaintiff is to <br />6 <br />take possession of said parcel. <br />7 <br />4. The effective date of this Order as to said <br />8 <br />parcels shall be ninety (90) days after service of this Order <br />9 <br />for Prejudgment Possession on Defendants MASAO YOKOTA AND <br />10 <br />YURIKO YOKOTA; AGNES YOKOTA MASUDA; OLGA M_-GALVAN. <br />11 <br />12 5. Upon the effective date of this Order, Plaintiff <br />13 is authorized to enter upon and take immediate possession of <br />14 the parcel of land being condemned herein and described in <br />Exhibit A to Plaintiff's Complaint.
