THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($18,100.00) plus interest <br />1 <br />2 described above, and defendant's filing and escrow fees, to <br />3 defendant Olga M. Galvan, in care of her attorney, Charles <br />4 Simonian, and fee simple title in and to the subject property <br />will forthwith vest in plaintiff free and discharged of all <br />5 <br />claims and liens of every kind whatsoever upon recordation of <br />6 <br />7 the Final Judgment herein. <br />8 10.
