88-29 4 6 1 8 <br />PARCEL 2 <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, being a portion of Martinez Street as said Street is shown on the <br />Map of the Town of San Leandro, filed February 27, 1855, Map Book 2, page 43, <br />Alameda County Records, more particularly described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the southeastern line of Davis Street with <br />the southwestern line of Martinez Street as said Streets are shown on said <br />Map; thence along last said line, south 28' east, 13 feet to a point on a <br />line drawn parallel with and 13 feet southerly, measured at right angles, from <br />said line of Davis Street, said point being the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />thence along said parallel line north 620 east, 40 feet, more or less, to the <br />Centerline of said Martinez Street; thence south 280 east, 5.9 feet to a point <br />on a line drawn parallel and 18.9 feet southeasterly, measured at right <br />angles, from said line of Davis Street; thence along last said parallel line <br />south 62' west, 40 feet, more or less, to the said southwestern line of <br />Martinez Street; thence along last said line north 280 west, 5.9 feet to the <br />TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 236 square feet, more or less. <br />APN: 75-50-1/2 <br />DATED: <br />A.
