Chauhan through their attorney Bernard Rose. 2 NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that 3 the fee simple title in and to the subject property for street _ purposes will vest in plaintiff free and discharged of all V claims and liens of every kind whatsoever forthwith upon 6 recordation of the Final Judgment; 7 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that: S (a) The public interest and necessity require the 0 project; 10 11 (b) The acquisition is planned and located in the manner that will be most compatible with the greatest public 12 good and to the least private injury; and 13 (c) The property sought to be acquired is necessary for 14 the widening of Marina Boulevard; 1s IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the real 16 property taxes, including any delinquencies, costs and 17 interest, if any, shall be prorated in accordance with Revenue 1g and Taxation Code Section 4986 as of June 15, 1990, and such 19 portion of said taxes as is attributable to the period from and 20 after said date be and the same is hereby cancelled; 21 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the 22 subject property is situated in the County of Alameda, State of 23 California, and more particularly described in Exhibit "A" 24 attached hereto, and by this reference made a part hereof; 25 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Judgment 26 be entered in favor of plaintiff and against defendants Union 27 M I.:I't,Rs.
