1 2. All named defendants having an interest in the <br />2 subject property have been served with the Summons and <br />3 Complaint. <br />3. Defendant Union Oil Company of California represents <br />4 <br />5 that, at the time and immediately preceding the filing of the <br />6 Complaint, it was and currently is the owner of the subject <br />7 property. <br />4. Defendants Chandrakant N. Katri and Pravin C. Chauhan <br />8 <br />9 represent that, at the time and immediately preceding the <br />10 filing of the Complaint, they were and now are the lessees of <br />11 the subject property. <br />12 5. Defendants Union Oil Company of California, <br />13 Chandrakant N. Katri and Pravin C. Chauhan have been served <br />14 with Summons and Complaint in this action, and they are fully <br />15 informed as to all matters affecting said property and <br />16 expressly waive any and all other process of notice and any <br />17 rights affected thereby. <br />18 6. The subject property is more particularly described <br />19 in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by reference <br />20 herein. <br />21 7.
