I1wa9r <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Description of Proposed SPRR/Alvarado Street <br />at Grade Crossing (D.14.8) <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, being a portion of Block 48, Block 49, Alvarado <br />Street, West Joaquin Avenue, formerly Hepburn Street, and West Juana <br />Avenue, formerly Saunders Street as shown on the Map of the Town of <br />San Leandro, filed February 27, 1855, Map Book 2, page 43, Alameda <br />County Records, being further described as follows: <br />COMMENCING at the intersection of the westerly line of Alvarado Street <br />with the southerly line of West Estudillo Avenue, as said streets are <br />shown on said map; thence south 62' west to the northeastern line of <br />the Southern Pacific right of way, 100 feet wide, 14.27 feet; thence <br />along said northeastern line of right of way south 42' 41' 49" east <br />168.83 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along <br />said northeastern line of right of way south 42' 41' 49" east 423.96 <br />feet to a point on a nontangent curve, concave to the west, having a <br />radius of 334 feet, a radial of said curve to said point bears north <br />75' 10' 48" east; thence southerly along said curve through a central <br />angle of 16' 55' 23", a distance of 98.65 feet to a reverse curve <br />concave to the east having a radius of 266 feet; thence southerly <br />along said reverse curve to the southwestern line of said Southern <br />Pacific right of way, through a central angle 14' 51' 36", a distance <br />EXHIBIT B <br />Page 1 of 3 <br />
