We are enclosing copies <br />of the recorded and filed documents, certified with recording/filing data, <br />to complete your files. Also enclosed is the Assignment signed by yourselves <br />and the City of San Leandro and a receipted copy of your escrow instructions. <br />We are retaining funds deposited by the City of San Leandro, in the amount <br />of $164,557.00, in an interest bearing account, pending determination of the <br />amounts owed under the Davis/Alvarado Street Assessment District, AD No. 93-1. <br />Upon our receipt of the amounts allocated to Southern Pacific, we will pay the <br />amounts owing and refund any overage to the City of San Leandro.
