That a ment provided for the gency-owned land to <br />Creekside for construction of a business park. <br />A narrow parcel of land along the San Leandro Creek, which was to be retained by the Agency to <br />construct a pedestrian walkway along the creek, was inadvertently deeded to Creekside.
