CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE OF QUITCLAIM DEED <br />This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by Quitclaim Deed dated June 4, <br />2001, from Creekside Associates, LLC to the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San <br />Leandro, a public body, corporate and politic, is hereby accepted by John J. Jermanis, Executive <br />Director, on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro pursuant to the <br />authority conferred upon him by resolution of the Agency Board of the Redevelopment Agency <br />of the City of San Leandro adopted on July 17, ?000, and the Redevelopment Agency of the City <br />of San Leandro, as grantee, consents to recordation of said Quitclaim Deed by its duly authorized <br />officer, John J.
