<br />Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Parcel 2, said corner
<br />being at the intersection of the northerly line of Davis Street,
<br />80.20 feet in width, with the westerly line of Carpentier Street,
<br />60.60 feet in width, as said streets are shown on said maps; thence
<br />along the southerly, southwesterly, and westerly lines of said
<br />Parcel 2, the following three courses: 1) south 63'27119" west,
<br />257.96 feet; 2 ) westerly and northwesterly along the arc of a 42.00
<br />foot radius, tangent curve to the right, through a central angle of

<br />easterly line of said Parcel 1, said line being also the
<br />aforementioned westerly line of Carpentier Street; thence along
