4 <br />4 <br />IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 94 - 181 (1049y1-306) <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RECORDING OF TRANSFER <br />OF TITLE TO DAVIS STREET RIGHT-OF-WAY <br />TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Recitals <br />The City of San Leandro did, on October 24, 1988, enter into agreement with <br />the State of California, acting through its Department of Transportation, to <br />deliver title to right-of-way acquired for the widening of Davis Street to the <br />State of California. <br />The City of San Leandro has acquired title to the properties described as <br />Parcel No. 52489-1, Parcel No. 52490-1, Parcel No. 52491-1, Parcel No. 52492-1, <br />Parcel No. 52493-1, Parcel No. 52494-1, Parcel No. 52495-1, Parcel No. 52496-1, <br />Parcel No. 52497-1, Parcel No. 52498-1, Parcel No. 52499-1, Parcel No. 52500-1, <br />Parcel No. 52501-1, and Parcel No. 52502-1, as further described in Attachment <br />"A", for the widening of Davis Street. <br />To record title to said properties described in Attachment "A" in the name <br />of the State of California, Alameda County Recorders Office requires proof of City <br />Council concurrence with the action. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />That said City Council hereby approves the transfer of title to said <br />properties described in said Attachment "A" to the State of California and further <br />directs that any and all documents transferring said title be prepared, executed <br />by the City Manager, and recorded in the Office of the County Recorder for the <br />County of Alameda, California. <br />
