ATTACHMENT A <br />Parcel No. 52489-1 <br />All that certain real property situated in the City of San Leandro, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />Being portions of lots 71, 72 and 73 as said lots are shown on the <br />map of Tract 655 filed March 26, 1943 in Book 8 of Maps at Pages 51 <br />through 53, Alameda County records, further described as follows: <br />Being also portions of those certain parcels of land described in <br />the deeds to the City of San Leandro recorded January 21, 1986 <br />under Recorder's Series Number 86-014968, January 3, 1986 under <br />Recorder's Series Number 86-001229, and March 13, 1986 under <br />Recorder's Series Number 86-059281, Alameda County records, further <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at a point on the westerly line of said lot 71, said <br />point being the southwesterly corner of that certain parcel of land <br />described in the deed to the State of California recorded August 1, <br />1950 in Book 6185 at Page 373, official records of Alameda County; <br />thence along the southerly line of last said parcel, north <br />59*1915611 east, 54.91 feet to the easterly corner thereof, said <br />corner being also the northwesterly corner of said lot 72; thence <br />along the northerly line of said lot 72, said line being also the <br />southerly line of Davis Street, as said street is shown on said <br />map, easterly along the arc of a 1199.91 foot radius curve to the <br />right, the center of which curve bears south 25*5313111 east, <br />through a central angle of 0*3515811, an arc distance of 12.55 feet; <br />thence continuing along said northerly line of lot 72 and along the <br />northerly line of said lot 73, said line being also the southerly <br />line of Davis Street, north 70*5315611 east, 80.26 feet; thence <br />along the northeasterly line of said lot 73, easterly and <br />southeasterly along the arc of a 15.00 foot radius, tangent curve <br />to the right, through a central angle of 81*1613611, an arc distance <br />of 21.28 feet; thence leaving said northeasterly line, south <br />54*3115411 west, 7.46 feet; thence south 72*5515811 west, 94.74 feet; <br />thence south 70*2011911 west, 57.38 feet; thence south 60010128 <br />west, 2.17 feet to the point of beginning. <br />Containing 1616 square feet more or less. <br />The bearings and distances described herein are based on the <br />California Coordinate System Zone 3, NAD 1927.
