<br />All that certain real property situated in the City of San Leandro,
<br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows:
<br />Being a portion of that certain parcel of land designated as
<br />Parcel B on Parcel Map No. 4887, filed February 28, 1989 in Book
<br />182 of Maps at Pages 68 and 69, Alameda County records, said
<br />Parcel B being dedicated thereby to the City of San Leandro for
<br />public street purposes, said portion thereof being further
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Parcel B, said corner
<br />being also the intersection of the southwesterly line of the
<br />Southern Pacific Transportation Company right of way, 100 feet in
<br />width, being formerly the Central Pacific Railroad Company right of
<br />way, with the northerly line of Davis Street, 80.20 feet in width,
<br />as said street is shown on the map of the Town of San Leandro filed
<br />June 14, 1870 in Book 1 of Maps at Page 19, Alameda County records;
<br />thence along the southerly line of said Parcel B, said line being
<br />also said northerly line of Davis Street, south 63*26142" west,
<br />61.57 feet to the westerly boundary line of said Town of San
<br />Leandro as shown on said map; thence along said westerly boundary
<br />line, north 26°34113" west, 0.17 feet to the northerly line of
<br />Davis Street, 66 feet in width, as said street is shown on said
<br />Parcel Map No. 4887; thence along said northerly line of Davis
<br />Street, said line being also the southerly line of said Parcel B,
<br />south 73*54135" west, 450.89 feet to the southwesterly corner of
<br />said Parcel B; thence leaving said northerly line, along the
<br />westerly line of said Parcel B, north 26*29148" west, 3.05 feet to
<br />the northwesterly corner of said Parcel B; thence along the general
<br />northerly line of said Parcel B the following six courses: 1)
<br />north 73*54135" east, 24.59 feet; 2) easterly and northerly along
<br />the arc of a 10.00 foot radius, tangent curve to the left, through
<br />a central angle of 101*32'13", an arc distance of 17.72 feet; 3)

<br />a 20.00 foot radius curve to the left, the center of which curve

<br />and 6) north 16*05125" west, 2.00 feet to the westerly extension of
<br />that certain course in said general northerly line of Parcel B
<br />designated as "N 72*30130" E 135.25111 on said Parcel Map No. 4887;
<br />thence leaving said general northerly line, along said
<br />southwesterly extension and then continuing along said general
<br />northerly line, north 73*54135" east, 150.24 feet; thence
<br />continuing along said general northerly line, northeasterly along
<br />the arc of a 993.93 foot radius, tangent curve to the left, through
<br />a central angle of 9*4513111, an arc distance of 169.28 feet to a
<br />point of reverse curvature; thence leaving said general northerly
<br />line, easterly along the arc of a 55.00 foot radius, tangent curve
<br />to the right, through a central angle of 18°08108", an arc distance
<br />of 17.41 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence easterly
