<br />Being a portions of block 51 and 59 and Alvarado Street as said
<br />blocks and street are shown on the map of the Town of San Leandro
<br />filed June 14, 1870 in Book 1 of Maps at Page 19, Alameda County
<br />records, further described as follows:
<br />Being also a portion of that certain parcel of land lying within
<br />the boundary lines of Parcel Map 4832 as said map was filed June 3,
<br />1986 in Book 161 of Maps at Pages 33 and 34, Alameda County
<br />records, said parcel being designated thereon as "Davis Street" and
<br />dedicated thereby to the City of San Leandro for public street
<br />purposes, said portion being further described as follows:
<br />Beginninq at the southwesterly corner of said parcel designated as
<br />"Davis Street" on said Parcel Map 4832, said corner being also the
<br />intersection of the northerly line of Davis Street, 80.20 feet in
<br />width, as said street is shown on said map of the Town of San
<br />Leandro, with the northeasterly line of the Southern Pacific
<br />Transportation Company right of way, 100 feet in width, being
<br />formerly the Central Pacific Railroad Company right of way; thence
<br />along said northerly line of Davis Street (80.20 feet in width),
<br />north 63*26142" east, 495.62 feet to the southeasterly corner of
<br />said block 51, said corner being a point in the westerly line of
<br />Martinez Street as said street is shown on said map of the Town of
<br />San Leandro; thence along said westerly line, north 26*34113" west,
<br />13.00 feet to the southerly line of that certain parcel of land
<br />described in Ordinance No. 86-011, vacating Martinez Street between
<br />Antonio Street and Davis Street, recorded January 5, 1989, under
<br />Recorder's Series Number 89-009278, Alameda County records; thence
<br />along said southerly line, south 63*26142" west, 1.27 feet to a
<br />point in the easterly line of Parcel 3 as said parcel is shown on
<br />said Parcel Map 4832; thence along said easterly line, southerly
<br />along the arc of a 20.00 foot radius curve to the right, the center
<br />of which curve bears south 83*55156" west, through a central angle
<br />of 0*1812211, an arc distance of 0.11 feet to the southerly line of
<br />said Parcel 3; thence along said southerly line, the following five

<br />the arc of a 409.97 foot radius, tangent curve to the right,

<br />said Parcel Map 4832, said point being the easterly terminus of
<br />that certain course in said southerly line designated as
