Parcel No. 52500-1 <br />All that certain real property situated in the City of San Leandro, <br />County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />Being a portion of block 38 as said block is shown on the map of <br />the Town of San Leandro filed February 27, 1855 in Book 2 of Maps <br />at Page 43, and recorded by Order of the Board of Supervisors on <br />June 14, 1870 in Book 1 of Maps at Page 19, Alameda County records, <br />further described as follows: <br />Being also all of that certain parcel of land described in the <br />Notice of Lis Pendens recorded January 30, 1987 under Recorder's <br />Series Number 87-029344, and a portion of that certain parcel of <br />land described in the deed to the City of San Leandro recorded <br />December 31, 1986 under Recorder's Series Number 86-332748, Alameda <br />County records, further described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the northerly line of Davis <br />Street, 80..20 feet in width with the westerly line of San Leandro <br />Boulevard, formerly Estudillo Street, 80.63 feet in width, as said <br />street and boulevard are shown on said map of the Town of San <br />Leandro; thence along said northerly line, south 63*2814511 west, <br />37.02 feet to the westerly corner of that certain parcel of land <br />described in the deed to the State of California recorded October <br />22, 1970 on Reel 2716 at Image 69, under Recorder's Series Number <br />70-115516, said corner being the actual point of beginning of this <br />description; thence continuing along said northerly line, south <br />63°281451" west, 225.56 feet to the westerly line of said parcel <br />described in said Notice of Lis Pendens; thence leaving said <br />northerly line, along said westerly line, north 24*2014211 west, <br />13.00 feet to the northerly line of last said parcel; thence along <br />said northerly line, the following four courses: 1) north <br />63*2814511 east, 77.78 feet; 2) north 3*2814511 east, 12.70 feet; 3) <br />north 63*2814511 east, 15.00 feet; and 4) south 56*3111511 east, <br />12.70 feet; thence continuing along said northerly line, and along <br />the northerly line of said parcel of land described in said deed to <br />the City of San Leandro (86-332748), north 63*281451, east, 61.47 <br />feet; thence continuing along said northerly line and along the <br />northwesterly line of last said parcel the following two courses: <br />1) easterly along the arc of a 409.97 foot radius, tangent curve to <br />the left, through a central angle of 6*5914911, an arc distance of <br />50.06 feet to a point of compound curvature; and 2) northeasterly <br />along the arc of a 30.00 foot radius, tangent curve to the left, <br />through a central angle of 76*0211211, an arc distance of 39.81 <br />feet; thence leaving said northwesterly line, north 53*2310411 east, <br />19.35 feet to the aforementioned westerly line of San Leandro <br />Boulevard; thence along said westerly line, south 26'33105" east, <br />8.55 feet to the northerly corner of said parcel described in said <br />deed to the State of California; thence along the northwesterly <br />line of last said parcel, southerly and westerly along the arc of <br />a 37.00 foot radius, tangent curve to the right, through a central <br />angle of 90 * 01' 50" , an arc distance of 58.14 feet to the actual <br />point of beginning. <br />
