<br />Alameda County records, further described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the southeasterly corner of said Parcel 2, said corner
<br />being at the intersection of the northerly line of Davis Street,
<br />80.20 feet in width, with the westerly line of Carpentier Street,
<br />60.60 feet in width, as said streets are shown on said maps; thence
<br />along the southerly, southwesterly, and westerly lines of said
<br />Parcel 2, the following three courses: 1) south 63*2711911 west,
<br />257.96 feet; 2) westerly and northwesterly along the arc of a 42.00
<br />foot radius, tangent curve to the right, through a central angle of
<br />89*5913611, an arc distance of 65.96 feet; and 3) north 26*3310511
<br />west, 17.91 feet; thence leaving said westerly line, north
<br />53°23104" east, 18.25 feet to a point in the general easterly line
<br />of said Parcel 2, said point being the westerly terminus of that
<br />certain course in said general easterly line designated as

<br />general easterly, northeasterly, and northerly lines of said

<br />west, 3.00 feet; 4) southerly and easterly along the arc of a 30.00
<br />foot radius curve to the left, the center of which curve bears

<br />distance of 39.78 feet to a point of compound curvature; 5)
<br />easterly along the arc of a 409.97 foot radius, tangent curve to
<br />the left, through a central angle of 6*5914211, an arc distance of

<br />the arc of a 60.00 foot radius, tangent curve to the right, through

<br />point of reverse curvature; and 8) westerly along the arc of a
<br />60.00 foot radius, tangent curve to the left, through a central
<br />angle of 19*4010011, an arc distance of 20.59 feet; thence leaving
<br />said northerly line, north 74*1112911 east, 20.35 feet to the
<br />easterly line of said Parcel 1, said line being also the
<br />aforementioned westerly line of Carpentier Street; thence along
<br />said easterly line, south 26*3214111 east, 13.21 feet to the point
<br />of beginning.
