(a) The public interest and necessity require the <br />project; <br />(b) The acquistion is planned and Located in the <br />manner that will be most compatible with the <br />greatest public good and the leiist private <br />injury; and <br />(c) The property sought to be acquired is <br />necessary for street and highway purposes. <br />2. That the total monetary compensation to be paid fov <br />the acquisition of said property is the sum of Six thousand Eigiil <br />Hundred Twenty-one Dollars ($6,821.00) plus interest on said sum � <br />from the date of possession of June 5, 1987, to and including tb- <br />date of recordation of the Final Order of Condemnation at the <br />rate of interest prescribed by law. <br />3.
