RESOLUTION FOR EXECUTION OF THE SALE OF TAX DEFAULTED <br />LAND IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 8 OF THE CALIFORNIA <br />REVENUE AND TAXATION CODE. <br />Resolution No. R-2004-740 Date: October 12, 2004 <br />WHEREAS, this Board of Supervisors by resolution no. R-2004-740 , adopted <br />on Oct ber 12, 2004 , directed the Clerk of the Board to execute authorization of the <br />attached schedule of parcels to be sold as an Agreement Sale. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the properties described are subject to the Tax <br />Collector's Power of Sale and should be sold as described in Division 1, Part 6, Chapter 8, of the <br />California Revenue and Taxation Code. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that execution of said Agreement Sale shall proceed for at <br />least the minimum price set forth as the minimum bid. <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />By 4" <br />President, Board of Supervisors <br />Approved as to Form <br />RICHARD E.
