STEVE WESTLY <br />California State Controller <br />Division of Collections <br />AUTHORIZATION <br />FOR THE <br />SALE OF TAX -DEFAULTED PROPERTY <br />I, STEVE WESTLY, Controller of the State of California, in accordance with Chapter 8 of Part 6 <br />of Division 1 of the California Revenue and Taxation Code, hereby authorize the proposed sale <br />of tax -defaulted property described in the attached copy of resolution, dated October 12, 2004, as <br />approved by the Board of Supervisors of Alameda County. <br />This Agreement between the County of Alameda and the City of San Leandro attached hereto <br />has been duly approved by the State Controller.
