circulation routes, consistent with the Five Year Implementation Plan adopted by the Agency <br />pursuant to Section 33490. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE, <br />DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby specifically finds that <br />all of the facts stated above are true and correct. <br />SECTION 2. The City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby specifically authorizes <br />the expenditures of Redevelopment Agency funds in an amount not to <br />exceed $40,000.00, to fund the purchase of the Property to which title will <br />be vested in the City of San Leandro. <br />SECTION 3. The City Council of the City of San Leandro hereby authorizes the City <br />Manager, or his designee, to execute all documents, and to take all actions <br />necessary to finalize the transaction. <br />SECTION 4.
