circulation routes, consistent with the Five Year Implementation Plan adopted by the Agency <br />pursuant to Section 33490. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby specifically <br />finds that all of the facts stated above are true and correct. <br />SECTION 2. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby specifically <br />authorizes the expenditures of Redevelopment Agency funds in an amount <br />not to exceed $40,000.00, to fund the purchase of the Property to which <br />title will be vested in the City of San Leandro. <br />SECTION 3. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of San Leandro hereby authorizes <br />the Executive Director, or his designee, to execute all documents, and to <br />take all actions necessary to finalize the transaction. <br />SECTION 4.
