<br />October 27, 1971 in Reel 2981, Image 698, Official Records.
<br />Portions of Lots A, B, F, G, J and L, according to the Map of Vegetable Lands filed October 9, 1906,
<br />in Book 21 of Maps, Page 64, Alameda County Records, and being all of the land included in Record
<br />of Survey No. 444, filed May 14, 1971 in Map Book 8, Pages 43 and 44, Alameda County Records,
<br />described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the most Eastern corner of said Lot B, being at the point of intersection of the
<br />centerline of an unnamed road 49.50 feet wide, with the Northern line of Lewelling Boulevard,
<br />formerly County Road No. 1007 as shown on said Map; thence along the last mentioned line South
<br />71° 50' 30" West 157.50 feet to the most Southern corner of Parcel 1 in Decree of Condemnation in
<br />the Matter of the City of San Leandro, a certified copy of which recorded September 16, 1964 on Reel
<br />1314, Image 522, Official Records, the last determined joint being the Actual Point of beginning;
<br />thence along the boundary of Parcels 1 and 2 in the last mentioned Decree the 5 following courses;
<br />thence North 18° 09' 30" West 14.00 feet; thence along the arc of a curve to the left with radius of
<br />290.00 feet, from a tangent bearing North 71° 50' 30" East through an angle of 14° 01' 17" for a
<br />distance of 70.97 feet; thence along an arc of a curve to the left with a radius of 47.00 feet, tangent
<br />to the last said curve, through an angle of 65° 49' 52" for a distance of 54.00 feet; thence along the
<br />arc of a curve to the left with a radius of 110 feet, tangent to the last said curve, through an angle of
<br />22° 58' 51" for a distance of 44.12 feet to a line drawn parallel, to the Northeastern line of said Lot
<br />B, said Northeastern line of Lot B, being the center line of said unnamed Road, distant 29.00 feet
<br />Southwesterly therefrom measured at right angles thereto; thence along said parallel line North 30°
<br />59' 30" West 1206.97 feet to the Northwestern line of said Lot G; thence along the Southwestern line
<br />of Parcel 1 in the Final Order of Condemnation in the Matter of the City of San Leandro, a certified
<br />copy of which recorded October 2, 1964 on Reel 1329, Image 264, Official Records, North 30° 59'
<br />30" West 277.61 feet (record 278.00 feet) to the most Southern line of the parcel of land described
<br />in the Final Order of Condemnation in the Matter of Hayward Union High School District of Alameda
<br />County, a certified copy of which recorded March 7, 1963 on Reel 820, Image 883, Official Records;
<br />thence along the last mentioned line South 59' 00' 30" West 14.00 feet to a Southwestern line of the
<br />last mentioned parcel of land; thence along the last mentioned line North 30° 59' 30" West 981.11 feet
<br />to a Southern line of the last mentioned School District parcel; thence along the last mentioned line
<br />South 59° 01' 05" West 825.47 feet (record South 59* 00' 30" West 825.74 feet) to the Northeastern
<br />line of the Southern Pacific Transportation Co., Right of Way; thence along the last mentioned line
<br />Southeasterly along the arc of a curve with a radius of 5689.25 feet concave Northeasterly, from a
<br />tangent which bears South 27° 44' 06.6" East, through a central angle of 8' 45' 24.8", an arc distance
<br />of 869.53 feet and South 36' 30' 42" East 1557.69 feet to the Northern line of Lewelling Boulevard
<br />as shown on said Map; thence along the last mentioned line North 71° 50' 30" East 562.12 feet to the
