I am transmitting to you under separate cover the approved <br />final map for the Tract for filing with Alameda County. Concurrently with the filing of <br />the map, two other sets of documents need to be filed. Therefore, please find enclosed <br />the following documents: <br />J <br />1. Issue your standard CLTA policy of title insurance in favor of the City of (1-2,00) <br />San Leandro in the amount of $75,000.00 for the property described the <br />Grant Deed from Brandenburg to the City. <br />2. Close the Brandenburg transaction, including the cancellation of taxes on (' <br />the dedicated property. <br />3.
