10539-1 1/19/95 BC EXHIBIT "A" DESCRIPTION Lands of Santa Clara Land Title Company to be Conveyed to Livermore-Amador Valley Water Management Agency All that certain real property situate in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California being a portion of "Parcel A" as shown on the map of Tract 6636, filed in Book of Maps at page , Alameda County Records, described as follows: Beginning at a common corner of said "Parcel A" with the Lands of Livermore- Amador Valley Water Management Agency (LAVWMA) as described in deed recorded May 23, 1978 in Reel 5404, Image 258, Alameda County Records, said corner being the most northerly corner of said Lands of LAVWMA, said corner also shown on Sheet 9 of said map of Tract 6636; thence from said Point of Beginning, along the northwesterly line of said Lands of LAVWMA South 72°58'56" West 40.00 feet to the most westerly corner of said Lands of LAVWMA; thence leaving said northwesterly line along the projection of the southwesterly line of said Lands, North 17°07'16" West 0.85 feet to a point on the northerly line of said "Parcel A"; thence along said northerly line the following courses: Along a curve to the left from which the radial point bears North 67°02'36" West, with a radius of 70.00 feet, thru a central angle of 4°08'40", for an arc distance of 5.06 feet to a point of reverse curvature; thence along a curve to the right with a radius of 10.00 feet, thru a central angle of 56°51'43", for an arc distance of 9.92 feet; thence North 75°40'27" East 28.33 feet; thence leaving said northerly line of "Parcel A" and entering said "Parcel A", along a projection of the northeasterly property line of said Lands of LAVWMA, South 170716" East 7.65 feet to the Point of Beginning.
