Y <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />REAL PROPERTY <br />All that certain real property situate in the city of San Leandro, county of Alameda, state <br />of California, described as follows: <br />Being a portion of that certain parcel of land described in the Trust Transfer Deed for the <br />Harroch Family 2002 Trust recorded October 2, 2002 as instrument number 2002444818, <br />Alameda County records, more particularly described as follows: <br />Being also a portion of Lot 1 as said lot is shown on the map of Tract 1140 filed August <br />21, 1953 in Book 33 of Maps at Page 99, Alameda County records, more particularly <br />described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the easterly comer of said Lot 1, said corner being at the intersection of <br />the southwesterly line of Alvarado Street, 60 feet wide, with the northwesterly line of that <br />certain 20-foot wide strip of land described as Parcel 2 in the deed to the Central Pacific <br />Railway Company recorded July 17, 1947 in Book 5160 at Page 235, Official Records of <br />Alameda County; <br />Thence along said northwesterly line, said line being also the southeasterly line of said <br />Lot 1, South 61°53' 18" West, 2.00 feet; <br />Thence leaving said northwesterly line, North 28013'56" West, 9.00 feet; <br />Thence North 61 °53' 18" East, 2.00 feet to the aforementioned southwesterly line of <br />Alvarado Street; <br />Thence along said southwesterly line, South 28° 13' 56" East, 9.00 feet to the POINT OF <br />BEGINNING. <br />Containing 18 square feet, more or less. <br />Kier & Wright Civil Engineers & Surveyors, Inc. <br />p LAND SURAQj'L clz��2 -G�� <br />U <br />Alan C.
