Certificate of Acceptance <br />This is to certify that the interest in real property conveyed by Grant Deed dated February <br />19, 2005 from Quan V. Le and Lan N. Tu Le, Husband and Wife, as to an undivided 90% <br />interest, Tung Q. Ma and Houng T. Luu, Husband and Wife, as to an undivided 5% <br />interest, and Gary Vu and Linh Q.
