The RDA has approved selling it to a private party (Dave). Margaret and Janice have <br />worked on submitting the paperwork to the County to clear this but apparently it takes a while, and we need to <br />close in September. The title company says we can either A) pay the taxes and submit a reimbursement request <br />to the County, or 13) we can try to convince Dave to buy it subject to this lien and clear that when the County <br />approves our request to remove it. The current amount is $3288.71. Does anyone have advice on what way is <br />better?
