City of San Leandro <br />Civic Center, 835 E. 14th Street <br />San Leandro, California 94577 <br />July 1, 2005 <br />The Honorable Board of Supervisors <br />County of Alameda <br />1221 Oak Street <br />Oakland, CA 94612 <br />RE: Cancellation of Taxes <br />Dear Board of Supervisors: <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has acquired fee title to the real property described in the <br />attached legal description and all improvements thereon. <br />Title was taken by deed from QUAN V. LE and LAN N. TU LE, husband and wife, as to an undivided <br />90% interest, TUNG Q. MA and HUONG T. LUU, husband and wife, as to an undivided 5% <br />interest, GARY VU and L0M Q. MA, husband and wife, as to an undivided 5% interest, as tenants <br />in common, the certain real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, and described as follows: <br />Being a portion of that certain parcel of land described in the grant deed to Quan V. Le et al <br />recorded May 18, 2000 as instrument number 2000-250932, Alameda County records (portion of <br />2650 Alvarado Street, APN 077A-0650-003-11) <br />and recorded in the Official Records of the County of Alameda under the County Recorder's Serial No. <br />2005-223850 on June 2, 2005 . <br />It is requested that your Honorable Board will cancel taxes on the above property.
