WHEREAS, said summary vacation is made under Chapter 4 (Summary Vacation) Part 3 <br />Division 9, Section 8330 of the California Streets and Highways Code; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE as <br />follows: <br />1. The City Council hereby orders the summary vacation of the herein above <br />described 383 feet long strip of Preda Street public right-of-way. <br />2. The City Clerk shall cause a certified copy of this resolution to be recorded in the <br />Office of the Recorder of Alameda County, California immediately upon its adoption. <br />3.
