However, <br />there is APN 75-141-64 which is owned by an individual has nothing to do with Ryland Homes. <br />Margaret; You are correct County has made a mistake. You could either return the Supplemental Bill to <br />the County or call them that there is no such property. I'm assuming this is a mistake on the part of the <br />County but wanted to check and make sure we do not own this parcel. Winmetro does not show this <br />parcel. Is it an easement of some sort? <br />Please advise. Thanks. <br />
