City of San Leandro <br />Civic Center, 835 E. 14th Street <br />San Leandro, California 94577 <br />July 1, 2005 <br />The Honorable Board of Supervisors <br />County of Alameda <br />1221 Oak Street <br />Oakland, CA 94612 <br />RE: Cancellation of Taxes <br />Dear Board of Supervisors: <br />The City Council of the City of San Leandro has acquired fee title to the real property described in the <br />attached legal description and all improvements thereon. <br />Title was taken by deed from SKB-WESTGATE INVESTMENTS, LLC, an Oregon limited liability <br />company, HART WESTGATE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, and DEER VALLEY <br />WESTGATE, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, the real property situated in the City of San <br />Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, and described as follows: <br />Being a portion of PARCEL 2, as said parcel is shown on that certain map entitled "PARCEL <br />MAP 4935, CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, CALIFORNIA," filed for record on March 11, 1987, in <br />Book 168 of Maps at Pages 22 and 23 inclusive, Alameda County Records (Williams Street, <br />APN 079A-0375-007-45) <br />and recorded in the Official Records of the County of Alameda under the County Recorder's Serial No. <br />2005-246174 on June 16, 2005. <br />It is requested that your Honorable Board will cancel taxes on the above property.
