1 and liens of every kind whatsoever, upon recordation of the <br />2 Final Judgment herein. <br />3 7. Defendant SOUTHERN PACIFIC has obtained an order <br />4 to withdraw the funds as deposited, pursuant to CCP § 1255.10, <br />5 et seq., and on May 3, 1993, Plaintiff CITY paid the additional <br />6 sum of FOUR THOUSAND DOLLARS ($4,000.00) to Defendant SOUTHERN <br />7 PACIFIC; said sums represent the agreed -upon just compensation <br />8 for the Subject Property. <br />9 8.
