<br />northwestern line of said Parcel 2, North 62° 16' 00" East, 4.81 feet; thence 
<br />North 260 05' 48" West, 126.21 feet; thence on a curve to the right with 
<br />radius of 72.00 feet, through a central angle of 220 10' 12" an arc distance
