<br />corporation, all land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of

<br />Beginning at a point on the northeastern line of Washington Avenue, as said
<br />Avenue existed on January 1, 1988, which point is the most westerly corner of
<br />Parcel 2 as said Parcel is shown on Parcel Map No. 607, filed August 7, 1970,
<br />in Book 64 of Maps, at page 58, Alameda County Records; thence along the
<br />northwestern line of said Parcel 2, North 62° 16' 00" East, 4.81 feet; thence
<br />North 260 05' 48" West, 126.21 feet; thence on a curve to the right with
<br />radius of 72.00 feet, through a central angle of 220 10' 12" an arc distance
<br />of 27.86 feet; thence on a reverse curve to the left with a radius of 88.00
<br />feet, through a central angle of 230 48' 24" an arc distance of 36.56 feet to
<br />a line drawn parallel with and 22 feet northeasterly, measured at right
<br />angles, from said line of Washington Avenue; thence along said parallel line
<br />North 270 44' 00" West, 271.93 feet; thence on a tangent curve to the right
<br />with a radius of 42.00 feet, through a central angle of 510 42' 13" an arc
<br />distance of 37.90 feet; thence North 27' 44' 00" West, 18.09 feet to a point
<br />on the southeasterly curve between the southern line of Halcyon Drive, as said
<br />Drive existed on January 1, 1988, and the said northeastern line of Washington
<br />Avenue; thence along said curve to the left whose center bears South 36' 42'
<br />57 East with a radius of 45.00 feet, through a central angle of 65' 19' 15",
<br />an arc distance of 51.30 feet; thence on a non -tangent curve to the left whose
<br />center bears North 72' 11' 37" East with a radius of 112.00 feet, through a
<br />central angle of 90 55' 37" an arc distance of 19.40 feet to a tangent line
<br />which is the said northeastern line of Washington Avenue, last said line being
<br />also parallel with and 42 feet northeasterly, measured at right angles, from
<br />the monument line in Washington Avenue as said monument line is shown on the
<br />Second Amended Parcel Map No. 2376, filed July 7, 1978, in Book 102 of Maps,
<br />at pages 70 and 71, Alameda County Records; thence along said northeastern
<br />line of Washington Avenue South 27' 44' 00" East (called South 270 34' 32"
<br />East on said Parcel Map), 460.08 feet to the Point of Beginning.
