Title was taken by deed from AMB PARTNERS H, L.P., a Delaware limited partnership, all that real property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as a portion of Parcel 1 as described in that certain "Grant Deed" to AMB PROPERTY, LP., a Delaware limited partnership filed, October 01, 1999 in Document Number 99-373342, Alameda County Records (APN 079A-0375-007-12). and recorded in the Official Records of the County of Alameda under the County Recorder's Serial No. 2004- 348754 on July 30 , 20 04 . It is requested that your Honorable Board will: 1. ( X ) Cancel taxes on the above property. 2.
